Over 1,800 Clients Represented & Counting
Spanning more than 25 years of active, diligent, and independent representation, the practice has grown year after year. With multiple blends of legal subject matter, 1,800 clients represented, and thousands of appearances in Federal and State courts, the aggregation of knowledge has been more satisfying.
As a young person, I graduated from Louisiana State University with an undergraduate degree in Political Science while also acquiring hours in accounting. Thereafter, I received my law degree from Louisiana State University with a focus on tax planning. After a short time as a tax attorney, I realized that an isolated area of legal practice did not suit my idea of how my abilities would be best suited. Still, a good knowledge of Succession Law was a tool acquired at that time. This acquiring of legal 'tools' has been a constant theme in my practice over the years.
What followed law school graduation was thousands of hours of Continuing Legal Education, multiple trial lawyer colleges, and independent study arising from my own unanswered questions about the law and legal practice. While immersing myself in post-graduate education, I realized it was not enough. So, I networked with other brilliant lawyers and colleagues for exchanges of knowledge and approached broad and narrow legal issues. Accordingly, this post-law school study, along with a growing practice, allowed me to realize many areas of law blend or are consequential to different areas of law in theory and application. As such, I began a practice involving multiple areas of law with the common denominator of being a trial lawyer.
As a result, my practice involves many of the highest and most consequential areas of law, such as personal injury, business litigation, family law, and criminal law. I still keep my succession 'tool' as well.
